Arseny Arsov made his debut
in 1981 on the Varna Opera stage in Matrimonio segreto
by Cimarosa and since then his artistic career has been
connected with Varna. His repertoire includes more than
25 main parts from the lyric tenor repertoire. He was
prize winner of Honorary Diploma at Tchaikovsky
Competition 1986 and laureate of Maria Callas
Competition Athens, 1987 and International Vocal
Competition in Monte Carlo, 1988. He has performed with
P. Cappuccilli, K. Ricciarelli, G. Dimitrova, N.
Gyuzelev, G. Savova, Al. Milcheva and many other
outstanding opera singers and conductors. He has been
guest performer in the opera theaters of Monte Carlo,
Madrid, Palma de Mallorca, Barcelona, Lisbon, Peking,
Seoul, Cairo, Paris, Linz, Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Athens,
Rome, The Hague, Budapest, Prague and many others. His
last concert tours were in Palma de Mallorca, Madrid and
Barcelona with the opera performances of Traviata, La
Boeheme, Nabucco and Eugene Onegin. He established
himself as a concert and chamber performer. He has a
vast opera, cantata-oratorio and song repertoire. A
record number of appearnces in: Le Barbier de Seville
118, Traviata 110, Rigoletto 87, La Boeheme, Lucia
di Lammermoor 58. Since 2000 he has been a regular
guest soloist at the stage of the National Opera in
Sofia. Arseny Arsovs 5 CDs were recorded in the period
